Their second Toms River vacation home was recently listed on Sept. 7 for $2.9 million — the same day they gave their other property a price cut.

In a recent Instagram post, Melissa revealed that her eldest daughter, Antonia, was adapting to her new high school after the big move. As for Melissa and Joe’s current residence, the couple is said to be in the midst of construction on a home they purchased in June for $950,000. Although it is unclear when the project will be complete, it is expected to have six bedrooms and three bathrooms. According to the Post, Melissa and Joe bought a lot in Paterson in 2018 for $149,000, flipped the property after rendering the design seen below, and listed for $525,000 in August.
The island features a wood base while other areas of the kitchen are painted white. On one of Melissa and Joe’s large kitchen islands, a gold sink and soap dispenser are seen behind a farm-style bowl. Meanwhile, a double oven and a traditional oven are also spotted.

Whilst the property is under construction the husband and wife are staying in a rental near the location.
